SACRAMENTO – Betty Sue Adams, 79, of Sacramento, died Thursday, July 11, 2024 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Ms. Adams was born May 16, 1945 in Chicago, IL. She was a Homemaker. She was preceded in death by her significant other, George Vincent; mother, Marie Bell; sons, Jeffrey Adams, and Douglas Vincent; granddaughter, Sierra Adams; and brothers, Bobby Wayne Patterson, and Wayne Douglas Thompson.

She is survived by her son, DeWayne Adams; grandchildren, Chasity Wadlington, Charles DeWayne Adams Jr., Samantha Kayann Adams, Austin Vincent, Cody Adams, Candace Adams, Briona Gobin, Tyler Turner, Lanie Adams, Kaylynn Powers, Alisha Powers, and Olivia Powers; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 15, 2024 at 1PM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento with Bro. Larry Shadowen officiating. Burial in Grapevine Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday from 10AM -1PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.

Dewayne Im so sorry to hear about you mom passing. I lost my mother too, so I know what your going through. Our moms would want us to keep on living and we can rest assured they are in a much better place. We will see them again one day. I love you my good friend. GOD bless you.

What a beautiful soul ❤️ you’ll sure be missed and thought of on the regular. You have been in my life since before I knew what life was. I hate that you had to go through so much hurt in your life and mostly that you had to suffer with your health battles. I am thankful and grateful that you’re no longer suffering I know you had a glorious renin with those you love and have kissed so ouch when you walked thru those gates of heaven. I love you Betty Sue and will miss you and your gossip porch. Until I see you, hug my mama and my son and I’ll be waiting for your signs.
