CENTRAL CITY – Barbara Jean Pointer age 71 of Central City died Friday, September 9, 2016 at Diversicare of Greenville. She was born in Kentucky and was a self-employed housekeeper. She is survived by her daughter Brenda Rickard of Greenville; three grandchildren, four great grandchildren; brothers Ron Jordon of Montana and Donald Arnold of Indiana; three sisters Betty Johnson of Adairville, Terry Hopf of Indiana and Geneva Patterson of Louisville; two sister-in-laws Agnes Pointer and Patsy Groves of Muhlenberg County. Funeral services will be Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 1 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery.
