Survivors include his wife, Kathy Reed Piper; three sons, Jeffery Piper, Jason Piper and Teddy Piper; a daughter, Melissa Martin; three stepsons, Chris Miley, Wayne Miley and Eugene Jones; a stepdaughter, Latasha Jones; and three sisters, Carolyn Phelps, Joyce Sadler and Norma Daughter. Services: 10 a.m. Monday at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City. Burial: Miller Cemetery in Cleaton. Visitation: After 5:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.
