This week has brought so much emotion that my heart overflows. At times I stand silent, because there just seem to be no words. At other times, the tears flow, along with so many memories, and there are so many things I want to say. I am so very sorry that we can't be there with you, but my heart is there. I pray that God's love surrounds you and gives each of you and your families peace and strength that only He can give. She was strong and that is what she wants for you. I know this has been a very hard year, but you have each been there for each other and for her in exactly the way that she taught you, by her own example. I am so proud of you, as she was. Her family was the light of her life.God never made a kinder, sweeter, gentler person, with so much love to give. You were so blessed that she was your Mother; we were all blessed that there was love enough for everyone. When your Mom & Dad came to Texas, they became dear friends to my parents. Over the years, it grew into more than just a friendship, it became the love of a family. I am so thankful for those 64 years, for all the precious memories. Jane was always there, a loving part of our family. As a child, she was to me like a dear Aunt. As I grew into teen years and young adulthood, she became more of a comforting and non-judgmental Mother figure. She listened and offered loving understanding. She remained my other Mother for many years. She & Mother were so close and so often together, it was like having two Mothers. How lucky I was to have that. We grew even closer after Mother passed away 13 years ago. There were some visits (not nearly enough) and many long phone calls: She never, ever missed my birthday. She had a gift for making everyone feel special. God has taken home one of His Angels, and we are so much richer for having had her in our lives. Heaven has become much dearer, & I smile as I picture Jane & Ray, Geraldine & Wade all together again. Love, Wadine & Tim
Love you

My heart goes out to you. Your Mother was a wonderful person. She never failed to give me a great big hug when I saw her and she aways asked me about Mom. We will all miss her.
My prayers and thoughts are with all three of you as you lay your mother to rest.
