Sacramento- Anna Louise Gaddis Lewis, 90, of Sacramento died Thursday, November 24, 2011 at 9:40AM at Riverside Manor Nursing Home in Calhoun. Born April 14, 1921 in Greenville she was a member of First United Methodist Church in Sacramento and was a former employee of Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento. Mrs. Lewis was also a member of the Owensboro area Quilters Guild and several homemakers clubs in Sacramento and Central City. She is preceded in death by her husband, J.D. Lewis Sr. and parents, Herbert Ernest and Gladys Corienne Gaddis. She is survived by one son, Johnny D. (Brenda) Lewis Jr. of Lewisburg; one daughter, Kitty (Tom) Davis of Madisonville; grandchildren, Kim Davis, Kris Davis, Tracey Lewis, John William Lewis; great grandchildren, Meagan Weir, Garrett Lutz, Ross Douglas Foster, Savanna Harralson, Trevor Harralson; sister, Evelyn Thomas of Zephyrhills, FL. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 28, 2011 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Rev. Marvin Lagle officiating and Rev. Steve Proctor assisting.
