BREMEN – Anna “Jean” Hoover Uzzle, 101, of Bremen, passed away on Monday, March 10, 2025, at home under the care of Hosparus Health.  She was born on October 13, 1923, to the late Tanner Hoover and Mayme Vincent.

She was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family.  She enjoyed Christmas and she loved her church and church family.  She was a member of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church for 90 years and she was also the oldest member at the time of her death.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 50 years, David Uzzle; and son Bryan Hoover Uzzle.  She is survived by her daughter, Donna Uzzle Brown; grandson, Tanner (Whitney) Brown; and great-grandsons, Cannon and Cubby.

Visitation will be at Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church on Friday, March 14, 2025, from 10:00AM – 1:00PM, and funeral service at 1:00PM with Dr. Glenn Armstrong officiating assisted by Bro. Adam Brown.  Burial in Mt.
