I am so sorry to hear that Andrea passed. She was a close friend while we were in the military. I don't have the words to describe how I feel now so I will only say that I am sorry for the loss of a fine mother, wife and a great person.

If Sarah Hooper reads this I would like to talk to her. Her grandmother Ann, and I were pretty close growing up, and everyone said we looked alike. I was staying with your grandmother Ann when she found out she was pregnant with you. Your Dad and her lived in some upstairs apartment. I was visiting with Ann in the 80's. I was staying at Tootsie's, and your mother came out to Graham to see me, and she walked up and gave me a big hug. The last time I talked to Ann was in the 90's. I have thought of her so often through the years, and I have tried to find her sometimes. This last Memorial Day, I had the opportunity to be in your area. My friend drove me from Carmi Illinois down to Graham and Greenville. I found your great grandmother Tootsie's house, and nearly cried because that swing was still in the same place on the porch. I have swung many miles on that thing. I had found where both she and your mother had passed away. It has really bothered me because I wanted to see her again. I tried to call you or your Dad,but the phone company said they didn't have any numbers for you guys. I went out to the Unity cemetary because that's where my grandpa is buried. I wish I knew where Ann was buried. I did want to see you, but couldn't find you. If you get this you have my email address from here pleas contact me.
