Billy was a great friend and coworker. He was an expert in his field and a very dedicated soldier! It was always a pleasure to visit WHFRTC and work with Billy.
I am very saddened by this loss to the family of Billy and also the loss to his Military Family "The Kentucky National Guard"! He was definitely "ONE of A KIND"
and will be missed greatly!

Diane:

I was so saddened to hear of the passing of my good friend Billy. He was a wonderful man and a great friend. Billy was kind, compassionate, and a true gentleman.

Our faith is certainly tested at times like these. I know it is difficult to understand a loss of this nature, but we must be mindful of the true blessing that Billy was to all who knew him. That gives us the strength to continue on in faith knowing he would want us to honor his memory in this way.

I pray that God's blessings will be bestowed on you and your family. May God grant you the peace and strength to carry on in faith.
