I hate it Billy had his ways,but was a good dude as friends we had disagreements, but got over it just as quick as it began most of the time.He might be gone from here,but I am sure he's in a better place, becaude he did have a good heart,and was in all a damn good friend in my opinion.

I'm still in total disbelieve and in shock. I am so sorry for the family's loss and my thoughts & prayers are with everyone. He was like my brother and we all spent a lot of time (good times) together. It's like I've lost a huge chunk of my high school memories. But he will forever live on in mine & everyone else's memories. Seems like all my good funny memories has him there or close by! I loved him dearly and always will. There will never be another like him. I haven't seen or talked to him in years but it still hurts. My heart goes out to all those hurt.
