DRAKESBORO – Wanda Nell Penrod, 75, of Drakesboro, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Penrod was born July 8, 1943, in Muhlenberg County. She was a seamstress at Cowdens Sewing Factory. She loved her family, to fish, and her dog Dolly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mose Wilson and Emma Arndell; brothers Timmy Downey and Justin Arndell; and sister Agnes Kretschman. She is survived by her daughters, Dusty (Brandy) Hunt of Drakesboro and Angie (Mike) Camplin of Belton; sons Michael Ray Goodman, Wayne Goodman, and James Caroll Goodman; grandsons Michael Phelps and Jeffrey Phelps; granddaughters Kaitly English, Ashlyn Pointer, and Shana Eaves; great-grandchildren Selena Neuman, Abby Phelps, Julee Phelps, and Carlee Phelps; and sisters June (Eugene) Davis and Nikki (Ronnie) Cartwright, both of Sacramento. Funeral services will be Friday, March 29, 2019, at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Donnie Wilkins officiating. Burial in Cherry Hill Cemetery.
