CENTRAL CITY – Susan Ann Tate, 68, of Central City, died Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at 3:20PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Ms. Tate was born November 4, 1956, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker. She loved working jig saw puzzles and watching crime shows. She also loved collecting gnomes and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her son, David Cobb, Jr.; parents, Charlie and Hazel Tate; sister, Joan Edge; and niece, Johanda Edge.

She is survived by her daughter, Crystal Cobb; son, Charlie (Sandra) Cobb; granddaughters, Harley Ferguson, Riley Cobb, and Nova Cobb; and sister, Carol Yates.
