Man we sure had some good times together , tow boat raids in the middle of the night, going out to eat with our wives , and all the lunches we had together . I remember when you became a grandpa , I told you how much you would spoil that grand daughter . It wasn't long until you started telling me how she had you rapped around her little finger . I sure miss those talks but will keep the memories forever. loved you like a brother
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Around noon Monday (right around watch change on a towboat), I learned that my long-time friend and co-worker at Hunter Marine, Capt. Steve Plummer, succumbed to cancer. An overcast, rainy, chilly Monday was appropriate and accurately reflected my mood upon hearing the news. Have a safe trip on up, cap'. You will be missed.
