CENTRAL CITY – Shirley Lee Fulkerson, 78, of Central City, died Thursday, February 21, 2013 at 11:00PM at Baptist Health Madisonville. Mr. Fulkerson was born August 9, 1937 in Nelson Creek. He was a factory assembly line worker with Bernardin Bottle Cap Co. Survivors include his wife, Anna Hundley Fulkerson; brother Darrell Eugene Fulkerson of Central City; sisters Mae McIntire of Evansville, Christine Emery of Mt. Vernon, IN, and Brenda Ziglar of New Castle, IN; step-daughter Misty Joines of Greenville; step-son Jason Beasley of Central City, and step-grandchildren Kaitlynn Joines, Hugh Landon Joines II, and Jaxon Joines, all of Greenville. Uncle Shirley will truly be missed. I'll never forget all the summers when I was younger and would go and stay with him and aunt Imogene. All the stories he'd always tell and the many laughs we'd have.
