GREENVILLE- Roselyn Marie Avery, 60, of Greenville died Friday, September 15, 2017 at her residence. Mrs. Avery was born in Hopkins County on January 4, 1957. She was a homemaker and a member of the Greater Lighthouse Pentecostal Church in Madisonville. She is preceded in death by her son, Travis Avery; father, Jimmy Lawson Hayes; brother, James Donald Hayes. Survivors include her husband, Richard Avery of Greenville; son, Thomas (Sierra) Avery of Greenville; daughter, Tracy Avery of Greenville; grandchild, Spencer Avery; mother, Vera Hayes of Greenville; brother, Barry Hayes; sisters, Dean Humphrey of Georgetown, Marlene Moore of Indiana, Regina Kempf of Graham, Phyllis Dukes of Greenville, Lisa Law of Greenville, Vickie Hayes of Tennessee. Funeral services will be held Monday, September 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Tucker Funeral Home with Bro. Ronald Hendricks officiating and Bro. Robbie Knox assisting. Burial will follow in Rolling Gardens Family Cemetery in Greenville. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 17, 2017 at 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
