RUMSEY – Rita Kay Arnold, 53, of Rumsey, died Sunday, November 8, 2015, at 5:00AM at her home. Ms. Arnold was born June 13, 1962, in McLean County. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith. She was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Viola Frashure Arnold; and sisters Winnona Hudson and Nola Arnold. She is survived by her brothers, David (Becky) Sutherlin of Livermore, Stanley Arnold of Island, and Dean Arnold of Island; sisters Wilma Beck Lightbody of Utica, Nancy (Donnie) Adkins of Hawesville, Donna Johnson of Camby, IN, Laquita (Phillip) Willoughby of Rumsey, and Anita Arnold of Owensboro; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Wednesday, November 11, 2015, at 11:00AM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento, with Rev. Steve McElvain officiating. Burial in Pleasant Hope Cemetery.
