GREENVILLE- Peggy Ruth Ward 79 of Greenville died March 1, 2019 at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville,. Mrs. Ward was born September 19, 1939 in Muhlenberg County.She retired as a seamstress from Red Cap. She was preceded in death by her husband John C. Ward. She is survived by her daughters, Peggy Sue Penrose of Greenville and Sharon(David)McGill of East Tennessee, grandchildren, Erica(Tommy)Stewart, Mindy(Bo)Masden, Amanda(Donnie)Tucker, and Samantha(Kendrick)Kirk, great-grandchildren, Paige Lear, Bailey Wells, William Stewart, Rikki Lynn Smith, Gabriel Masden, and Gavin Masden. Funeral services will be Tuesday March 5, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Mike Neal officiating.
