CENTRAL CITY- Odell Martin Bingham, 85 of Central City, died November 03, 2018 at 03:22 AM at his residence. Mr. Bingham was born November 22,1932 in Bell County Ky. He was a school teacher at Bremen High School for two years and retired from Central City High School and a veteran of the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his wife Deloise Bingham and his parents Estill and Opha Bingham. He is survived by his sons; Ryan”Karen” Bingham of Central City and Chris”Melonie”Bingham of Greenville, grandchildren; Katelyn, Jacob, Coleman, and Kyle Bingham. Funeral services will be Monday, November 05, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City,with Bro Joe Chambers officiating, burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City, visitation will be Sunday after 5:00 PM at the funeral home. My sincere condolences to the family. I am so sorry that I am just hearing of Mr Binghams passing. He was my favorite teacher in High School and such a great person and mentor. It was with great honor and admiration to be his student for 4 short years, but his teachings has lasted me a lifetime. I will always remember him as the kind person that he was. I know he is with God now. For your teachings and kindness I will end by saying one last time as the end of each class. kamsa-hamnida Sah-bum-nim . Fair winds and following seas.....

Chris and family. I am so sorry to hear about your dad. He was a wonderful man and teacher. I was out of town and could not attend the funeral. Once again i am sorry for your lose. 92

We are all so blessed to have had Mr. Bingham as a teacher. He truly cared about all of us and generously gave of his time, talents, and guidance. God bless him and his family.

Mr. Bingham was definitely one of my favorite teachers. He was not only professional but treated all of his students with respect. I am sorry for your loss.

He was my Biology teacher at Bremen High School, (1967)so kind and caring. So sorry to hear of his passing. May God comfort his family during this time.

At 14 years old my Tae Kwon Do teacher and Biology Teacher. He was a good kind and humorous man. I graduated with his son Ryan and always had a good friendship with Chris. Prayers to you both.

Great man. Was my bus driver and science teacher at cchs. Wasn't there biggest in stature but you knew not to mess around in his class.

Mr. Bingham was a wonderful and dedicated chemistry teacher at Central City HS. I have nothing but fond memories of Mr. Bingham. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.

So sorry to hear about Odell, I'm out of town & wont be at the funeral. So glad I got to know him not only as a teacher but also as a friend!

Loved this man to death.....Was always good to me back in the 80s at CCHS. Always hired me to prepare/paint/clean the CCHS pool in time for the summer break. Many fond memories with him. His friends and family are in my prayers....World is a little dimmer as a bright light has gone out.....

My condolences to Mr. Bingham's Family on his passing....He was a fine teacher in my days at Central City High School....and always had kind word for his students...I would see him out in later years walking...always had fine conversation with him...

Mr.Bingham was an excellent teacher.he was a mild mannered person who always had time to talk. He was also a great martial arts instructor. Sadly missed sir. Condolences to family and friends.
