SACRAMENTO – Marlia Jean Willoughby, 54, of Sacramento, died Sunday, March 17, 2024 at 2:00PM at her residence in Sacramento. Ms. Willoughby was born April 15, 1969 in Owensboro. She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed spending time with her two dogs, B.B. and Runt, and loved being with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jerry Willoughby and Elizabeth Ann Drake; and sister, Jeri Ann Willoughby.

She is survived by her daughters, Keisha (Drew) Putman, and Ashley (Dakota) Shemwell; sister, Sherri (Jeff) Taylor; two grandsons, Avery Putman, and Liam Shemwell; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial services will be Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at 12PM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento. Burial is private. Visitation will be Wednesday from 10AM -12PM at the funeral home.
