GREENVILLE – Lois Ann Baize, 78, of Greenville, died Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 7:02PM at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Mrs. Baize was born January 5, 1945, in Muhlenberg County. She was a private housekeeper for several families in the Greenville area, and was a member of Trinity Pentecostal Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Clemon Dukes, Sr.; mother, Ola Dukes; sons, Gary Dale Baize and Stephen Baize; grandson, Jacob Baize; sisters, Edith Brown and Barbara Jewell Woods; and brother, Clemon Dukes, Jr.
She is survived by her sons, Greg and Linda Baize, Scott and Chasity Baize, and Toby Baize; fifteen grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and brother, Freddie Dukes.
Funeral services will be Friday, October 13, 2023, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. E.W. Greenwalt officiating. Burial in Old Bethel Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
