WHITE PLAINS – Julie Marie Sawyer, 40, of White Plains, died Sunday, February 11, 2024 at 5:56AM at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville. Ms. Sawyer was born June 25, 1983 in Hopkins County. She was a member of Rainbow Light Tabernacle. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Loretta Cobb; and grandparents, M.C. and Marie Cobb, J.W. Cobb, and Lucy Sparks.

She is survived by her husband, W.T. Sawyer; brother, Spurlin (Sarah) Cobb; sister, Cindy Cobb; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 12PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. S.T. Groves, Bro. Floyd Steele, Bro. Silas Cobb, and Pastor Anna Vincent officiating.
