The absolute best person ever! The CCHS Class of 1979 absolutely loved her, I loved her, and my Mom, Janette Tinsley, especially loved Ms. Crumbie. I still remember her infectious laugh and the way she would close her eyes when she would scold you. God broke the mold when he made Crumbie! Prayers for Connie and Jon. I know she and your Dad are having a great time together in Heaven!

When I think of high school most of my memories are of things that happened in her class. She always had an open door for extra help, advice or just to talk about your day. Mrs. Crumbie was a legend, and always will be.

I could write a book about the good times that Juarnell, or as I called her, Crumb, and I had on all of the trips that we had together. We went to so many home economics meetings together. I love her dearly and am so sad about her death. I'm sure that she is in heaven telling her funnies and making everyone laugh. May God bless and grant peace to her loved ones.

Mrs. Crumbie made a difference in my life. I was her student 1969. She made a lasting impression on me of kindness, guidance, and tolerance. I took many problems to her and was always given a gentle guidance to change the thinks I could and give to God the things I couldn't. I kept in touch with her over the years but regretfully not enough. Sincere sympathy to her family. She will be missed by so many.
