Rita & Children, Our thoughts & prayers are with you in this hour of sorrow. We never fully understand why here on this earth there is suffering, but we can rest assured that is no more suffering or pain in heaven. I just wanted to inform all that knew Joe that was a side of him maybe they never knew. On july 5th 1966 I had a serious accident & if it had not been for the bravery of Joe I would probably have drowned. I will always be indebted to him and remember that day for the rest of life. This is a side of Your Husband & your Father maybe you didnt know. I am proud to have had the opportunity to share so many memories with Joe. So long my friend, until we meet again!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGAIN THANK YOU. Ralph & Lowela Neal

Rita, Brian and family, I am very sorry for the loss of your husband and father. I've always heard good things about him although I never met him. He does not have to suffer on this Earth anymore. It is hard to let go but always remember the good things and if had a choice, I'm sure he would not want to come back as he is in a better place. I appreciate very much all you have done for my nephews in taking care of them. I know it has been hard on you, Thank you and God Bless you all.

He never failed to tell me that he loved me every single time that I saw him. It's good to know in knowing his love for Christ that he's in a better place now where there's no more pain or sorrow!
