CENTRAL CITY – Jerry Ruth Rose, 94, of Central City, passed away Wednesday, October 1, 2025 at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville, KY. She was born September 28, 1931 in Muhlenberg County. She was a proud member of Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church. She was an avid believer in Jesus Christ and was always sharing her beliefs and testimony with others. She loved her family and was a caregiver to many. She was preceded in death by her parents, Aaron and Margaret Durham; sister, Jean Ford; and husband George Willis Rose, Sr.

Survivors include daughters, Belinda Rose, Ginger Bethel (Tim); son, George Willis Rose, Jr. (Kelli); grandchildren, Jason Palmer (Jodi), Holli Rose, Montana Holman (Colie), George Willis Rose III; great-grandchildren, Preston Palmer (Kenzie), Faith Palmer, Jaxon Holman, Macy Holman, Gunnar Holman; great-great-grandchild, Brady Palmer; and sister, Sue Rameriz (Joe).

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 4, 2025 at 11AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Cody Crowell officiating, assisted by Bro. Clifford Lovell. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 5-8PM and Saturday after 8AM. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com. The family wants to express our thanks and gratitude to the staff at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation.
