BEECHMONT– Janice Marie Stover, 80, of Beechmont, died Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at 5:30PM at Greenville Nursing and Rehabilitation in Greenville. Ms. Stover was born in Greenville on December 30, 1945. She was a Homemaker and a member of Drakesboro First Baptist Church. She enjoyed watching UK Basketball, game shows, and spending time with her family. She also liked cooking and playing Bingo with her friends at the nursing home. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Lee Stover, Sr.; daughter, Donita Jean Smith (Douglas Clyde); parents, Oma and Connie Hill; five brothers, Connis Harold, Arthur Lee, Jewel Howard, Charles Hugh, and Carl Glendon Hill; and two sisters, Carolyn Sue Fleming, and Lois Merle McElwain.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlene Arnold; son, Robbie (Lori) Stover; grandchildren, Jared Smith, Josh (Jessica) Stover, Nathan (Kacee) Arnold, Chelsea (Bobby) Emmons, Lauren (Michael) Arnold, Cassie Hawkins, Mikel (Denver) Smith, and Alexis Stover; eight great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; brother, Kenneth (Brenda) Hill; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 12PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Rev. Curtis McGehee officiating. Burial in Riverside Cemetery.
