JACKSON, TN – James Ralph Neal, 77, of Jackson, TN, died Monday, May 17, 2021, at 1:30AM at his home. Mr. Neal was born April 14, 1944, in South Carrollton, KY. He was a retired diesel mechanic for Bandy Brothers. Mr. Neal always put family first. He loved his family, especially his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, and was a talented woodworker, building tables, chairs, and cribs. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Harriet Neal, Sr.; brother David Lee Neal; and sisters Sue Mae Cunningham, Connie Neal, Dorothy Neal, and Barbara Neal.

Left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Jennifer Neal (Micheal) of Owensboro and Jessica Neal of Jackson, TN; grandchildren Devon, Angel, Jarede, Jacob, Alexis, Jonah, Jada, and Jordyn; great-grandchildren Dean and Aurora; brothers Matt Neal, Harry Neal, and Tony (Melissa) Neal; sisters Reba (Gary) Oldham, Mary Jo (Danny) Lynch, and Roberta Lynn Zemo; former spouse Cindy Leachman; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services will be Friday, May 21, 2021, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Mike Neal officiating. Burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.
