DRAKESBORO – Eddie Wayne Willoughby, Sr., 65, of Drakesboro, died Monday, March 7, 2011 at 2:07PM at Owensboro Medical Health System. Mr. Willoughby was born November 13, 1945 in Muhlenberg County. He worked in the warehouse at TVA and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward “Tag” and Louise Willoughby. Survivors include his son, Eddie Wayne Willoughby, Jr. of Copperas Cove, TX; daughter Tammy Willoughby of Drakesboro; grandchildren Blake Edward (Jada) Willoughby, Lorna Faye Willoughby, and Aixa Michelle Willoughby; brothers Tony Willoughby and Kevin (Sandra) Willoughby, all of Drakesboro; sister Brenda (Tommy) Robinson of Drakesboro; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday, March 10, 2011 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. J.W. Haire officiating. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. The thing that I remember most about Eddie was his smiles and laughter. Anyone could be around Eddie for 5 minutes and he would change your whole attitude about your problems. Eddie loved his family, life, and his friends. He will most certainly be missed by all !!
