GREENVILLE – Donna Jean Level Allen, 68, of Greenville, died Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at 7:05PM at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Mrs. Allen was born September 28, 1953, in Muhlenberg County.  She was a retired nurses aide for Muhlenberg Community Hospital, and was a member of First Assembly of God Church.  She enjoyed sitting on the porch, watching her kids, and she adored her family.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Ray and Margaret Level; brother, Marty Level; and grandchildren, Jayla and Jada Goodwin.

She is survived by her husband, Wendell Allen; children, Kim (Troy) Dykes-Staples, Keesha (Troy) Donovan-Staples, Joe (Shena) Staples, Darrin (Ann) Mackey, Billy (Linda) Flener, Debbie (Roger) Flener, David Mackey, Phillip Mackey, Denise Mackey, and Onita Allen; eleven grandchildren; sisters, Vickie Teague, Sheila Ewing, Nancy Bethel, and Tammy Copous; and brothers, Terry Level and Steve Level.

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 26, 2022, at 1:00PM at First Assembly of God Church in Greenville, with Bro. Ed Tackett officiating, assisted by Bro. Steven Hibbs.  Burial in Cherry Grove Cemetery.  Visitation will be Saturday after 10:00AM at the church.  Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.  Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
