Donna was a true and loyal friend. I will especially remember the year we worked side-by-side as health environmentalists. Her loving heart and cheerful personality brightened my work days. Donna was warmly called 'Inspector Gadget' by some of the professional people we regulated-- she was a very popular and well-liked inspector. Donna always told everyone that I was her 'work Mom' which was a valued compliment -- I felt proud to have her as a 'work Daughter'. She is missed.
