GREENVILLE – David Michael Dennis, 75, of Greenville graduated to his eternal home in Heaven on November 13, 2025. He was born in Greenville Ky on September 29, 1950. David was US Army Private First Class Military Police veteran serving during the Vietnam war, retired truck driver for SuperValue and member of Second Baptist Church in Greenville. He is preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Averil Dennis: brother, James Wesley Dennis.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Edna Jenkins Dennis; children, Chris (Jenny) Dennis, Beverly (Josh) Eubanks; brothers, Billy Dennis, Kenny (Lana) Dennis; grandchildren; Keely Shea (Zach) Dishman, Addie Grace Dennis, Dylan Eubanks, Taylor Eubanks.
Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 11:00 AM with Chris Dennis officiating and Brother Kevin Milburn and Brother Bob Thurman assisting. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Greenville. Visitation will be held Monday, November 17, 2025 from 5:30 PM-8:00 PM and Tuesday after 8:00 AM at the church. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the following: Gideon Bibles from The Gideons International and Second Baptist Church Forward in Faith fund.
