GREENVILLE – David Leonard Lorenzen, 63, of Greenville, died Monday, May 29, 2017, at 8:00PM at his home. Mr. Lorenzen was born July 28, 1953, in Hammond, Indiana. He retired from the U.S. Navy after 25 years of service, serving as a communications and aerospace engineer. He was a member of South Carrollton Missionary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Lorenzen. He is survived by his children, Josh Lorenzen of Oceanside, CA, Erin Lorenzen of Sedro Woolley, WA, Frank Browning of Centralia, WA, and Margaret Tyner of Carrollton, TX; grandchildren Brianna Browning, Audria Browning, Kenneth Browning, and Rylee Tyner; brother and sisters, Renee Lorenzen of Greenville, Jan Jarvis of Greenville, and John Lorenzen of Owensboro; and half-sister Nancy Forsythe of New Carlisle, IN. Services will be Monday, June 5, 2017, at 7:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Greg Brooks officiating. Visitation will be Monday at 6:30PM at the funeral home.
