CENTRAL CITY- Charles Edward Latham, 78, of Central City died Friday, January 16, 2026 at Maple Health and Rehabilitation Center in Greenville. Mr. Latham was born in Muhlenberg County on September 8, 1947. He was a retired laborer for Whirlpool. Mr. Latham is preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Mabel Latham.

Survivors include his brother, Greg (Tammy) Latham; companion, Linda Alexander; son, Chris Alexander; grandson, Trevor Alexander; niece, Amanda (Brent) Lovell; nephew, Justin (Shelby) Latham.
