DRAKESBORO – Beverly Jane Garrett, 71, of Drakesboro, died Tuesday, July 4, 2017, at 8:25PM at her home. Mrs. Garrett was born June 24, 1946, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker, and occasionally attended Richardson Chapel Church. She was preceded in death by her son, Timothy Garrett; parents Elvin and Minnie Ewing; sisters Cassie Jones and Jonell Thompson; brothers Billy Ewing and Buddy Ewing; and father-in-law and mother-in-law John and Elenor Garrett. She is survived by her husband, Walter Garrett; son Jody Garrett of Drakesboro; daughters Belinda Judd of Georgia and Candy (Ricky) Johnson of Belton; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; brother James Ewing of Greenville; and sister Shirley Sorrels of Bowling Green. Funeral services will be Saturday, July 8, 2017, at 1:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Floyd Steele officiating. Burial in Highway Cemetery.
