Central City – Amer Walson Tooley, 84, of Central City died Friday, July 2, 2021 at Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, KY at 5:50 A.M.  Amer was born August 5, 1936 in Muhlenberg County and was a member of Haven Hill Church and store owner and manager. Mr. Tooley was a 15 year United States Army veteran.

Survivors include his sons Dorran (Denise) Tooley, Warren (Dawn) Tooley, Walson Tooley, Duane Tooley; grandchildren Emily Tooley, Sarah Tooley, Kayla Tooley, Chasity Tooley, Kistine Pike, Jennifer Tooley, Kyle Tooley, Jamie Tooley, Justine Tooley, Jackie Tooley, Josh Tooley, LaTisha Tooley and Victoria Faith; brother James (Norma) Tooley; sisters Brenda Farmer and Nova Jean Cagle; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 5, 2021 at 12:00 P.M. (noon) at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Reverend Carl Hoover officiating.  Burial will follow in Hughes Cemetery in Dunmor.  Visitation will be Monday, July 5, 2021 after 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home.  Online condolences can be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
