POWDERLY – Wynola Tucker, 97, died Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 10:15PM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Ms. Tucker was born March 4, 1926 in Muhlenberg County. She was a member of Woodson Baptist Church and retired as the Muhlenberg Central High School Head Cook in 1987.  She enjoyed flowers, UK Basketball, word searches, cooking for her family, playing Old Maid, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, James D. Hendricks; second husband, James Tucker; parents, Albert and Mary Holland; and brother, A.F. Holland.

She is survived by her daughters, Freda Henry, Ann (Dave) Holzworth, and Gayla (Glen Mallory) Wester; grandchildren, Greg (Lisa) Henry, Beth (Bob) Pate, Jeff (Shannon) Grundy, Jayme (Dawn) Grundy, Amber (Michael) Mackey, and Scarlett (Jarrod) Henderson; twelve great-grandchildren.

Graveside services are Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 11AM at Rose Hill Cemetery in Central City with Jeff Grundy officiating. Burial to follow. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com. Tucker Funeral Homes is in charge of arrangements.
