Besides all the good times I had on Stringtown Road with the family one memory I will never forget and neither did he because he loved telling the story and teasing me about his plowing his garden. One time when I went out to visit and was leaving I tried to turn around and kind of got stuck up where he was going to plant his garden -- he laughed and laughed and from then on he told people I plowed his garden for him, lol.

What a Wonderful man he was!
Uncle Woodrow was a very special man. He was a hard working man who loved his family very much. He was the kindest, sweetest, funniest man I have ever known. He and his wife Edith were the witnesses at my marriage to Glenn Jackson and I always loved them and enjoyed visiting them. Uncle Woodrow was a good husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, brother and friend to many. Now he is wife his dear wife, daughter, mother and many loved ones and friends. He will be forever loved and missed by so many. May he R.I.P.
