BREMEN – Willow Mae Jarvis, 86, of Bremen, Kentucky passed away on Monday, January, 27, 2025 in Greenville, Kentucky at 10:23AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville.
Willow Mae Jarvis was born in Cleaton, Kentucky to James and Jetta Hoggard on March 15, 1938. She attended Bremen High School. Willow married Waymon Jarvis on June 22,1956 in Bremen. Her life centered around her family. On occasion, she worked outside the home, but her focus was providing strength and keeping the family united. She loved to crochet, read, and later in life she loved Facebook. Her legacy is the strength and faith she taught her daughters and grandchildren. Willow is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Waymon, her daughter Lisa Johnson, her grandson Michael Bullock, and her sister Wanda Gray.
She is survived by: her two daughters Jeannie Bullock (husband Bill) and Lynn Woodburn (husband Matt); her grandchildren Tabitha Bandy (husband Shane), Tamara Golden (husband Monty), Scott Gunn (wife Chasity), Whitney Gunn, and Nathan Johnson; and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January, 29, 2025 at 2PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Gary Taylor of Olive Branch Missionary Baptist, officiating.
