BELTON – William “Bruce” Miller, 62, of Belton, died Wednesday, January 1, 2020, at 2:16PM at his home. Mr. Miller was born February 4, 1957, in Greenville. He was a retired boilermaker, and a member of Belton Beechmont General Baptist Church. He was a huge Kentucky fan in a house of Louisville fans. He was a volunteer fireman for over 25 years, and was a proud member of the local #40 Boilermaker Union. He loved God and his family. He enjoyed spending time woodworking. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Miller; son Jeffery Robert Miller; and uncle Wendell “Wimp” Mayes. He is survived by his wife, Judy Miller; daughters Mandy (Nick) Toomey of Belton and Brittany (Seth) Robertson of Greenville; nieces that he raised as daughters, Lisa (Bruce) Buchanan of Belton and Misty (David) Shelton of Greenville; grandchildren Noah, Nate, and Jude; sisters Sandie Miller, Linda Osborn, and Judy Ann Mitchell; and mother Thelma Miller. Funeral services will be Sunday, January 5, 2020, at 2:00PM at Tucker Beechmont Funeral Home, with Bro. Bobby Allen officiating, assisted by Pastor Ed Tackett. Burial in Hazel Creek Cemetery.
