DRAKESBORO – Shirley Nicole Smith, 32, of Drakesboro, died Sunday, April 11, 2021, in Drakesboro. Ms. Smith was born October 20, 1988, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judith Ann Smith; and step-father Donnie Croxton.

She is survived by her father, Steven Smith; half-brother Bryan Croxton; half-sister Kathy Croxton (Vince Baker); daughter Casey LeeAnn Wilson; and grandparents Gerald and Jean Smith.
