CENTRAL CITY – Nicholas “Nick” Anthony Brown-Gibson, 19, of Central City, died Monday, October 20, 2025, at 9:41AM at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. Nick was born February 13, 2006, in Greenville. He was an inventory specialist at Copart and a member of Solitude Ministry. Nick’s favorite color was blue. He loved skateboarding, listening to music, playing video games, and spending time with his family. He was a jokester and was always smiling. He could light up a room and always wanted people to feel loved and special. Nick was a hard worker and loved life. He adored his family and his heart radiated Jesus. He loved kids, sports, the Chicago Cubs, and the Los Angeles Lakers. Nick saved numerous lives with his courageous decision to donate his organs.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Gibson; great-grandparents, Carolyn Brown and Connie Giageos; and great-grandfather, James Michael Brown.
He is survived by his mother, Caley Goff; sister, Riley Goff; brothers, James Gibson and Erik Gibson; aunts, Emily Richardson and Madison Waddell; grandparents, Michael (Stephanie) Brown and Michelle Groves; great-aunts and great-uncles, James and Angela Brown, Tony Giageos, Michael Giageos, and Timothy Giageos; great-grandfather, Michael Anthony Giageos; and many more loving family members.
Funeral services will be Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Dano Whitler officiating, assisted by Bro. Michael Easley.
