BEECH CREEK – Michael E. Thompson, 58, of Beech Creek, died Sunday, August 18, 2024 at 9:08PM at his residence. Mr. Thompson was born February 2, 1966 in Chicago. He worked as a Custodian for J& L Chemical and was a member of Belton Beechmont General Baptist Church. He loved to serve His Lord and spend time in worship with friends. His favorite pastime was the peace and serenity he found while fishing. He enjoyed any time spent with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Donna Thompson; and brother-in-law, Steven Harris.

He is survived by his sisters, Paulene Hagy, Patricia Minor, Marsha (Roger) Lewis, Brenda Bruce, Sherry (Jimmy) Wynn, Teresa Minor-Duzenack, Phillis Harris, and Stephanie Capoccia; brother, Jaun Roman; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be Friday, August 23, 2024 at 12PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Bobby Allen officiating. Burial in Coleman Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 10AM -12PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
