CENTRAL CITY – Matthew Wayne Vincent, 42, of Central City, died Wednesday, February 3, 2021, at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville. Mr. Vincent was born January 28, 1979, in Muhlenberg County. He was a safety manager at YAPP-USA Automotive Supplies in Gallatin, TN, and a member of First Baptist Church in Central City. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Iris Holanda Gasling.
He is survived by his wife, Tanya Beatriz Perez Gasling Vincent; parents Larry and Roberta Vincent of Central City; sister Angie (Jeremy) Jarvis of Greenville; nieces Brylee Williams and Paige Smith; great-nephew Zachary Hughes; brothers-in-law Jefrey Minier Gasling and Yeyson Amancio Gasling; sister-in-law Beatriz Judith Perez Gasling; uncles Roger (Debbie) Heltsley and Scott (Kristy) Heltsley; and several cousins.
Funeral services will be Sunday, February 7, 2021, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Roger Heltsley officiating, assisted by Rev. Scott Heltsley. Burial in Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday after 10:00AM at the funeral home. Family and friends are asked to wear a face covering, in accordance with the governor’s mandate.
