I was very sorry to hear of Kenny's death. A good fellow, always had a smile. I remember many hours spent at the station with Darrel, Wilma, Larry, and Kenny...wonderful folks. My thoughts are with his entire family.
Hugh & Pat Sweatt left a message on November 2, 2018:
Kenny was one of those rare individuals that when he asked how are you doing, actually cared about your answer and wasn't just making conversation. He made friends easily and had a lot of them.
We regret that we are out of the state and will be unable to visit at the funeral home, but our prayer is for comfort in the ensuing days for Pat and the family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

My memories of Kenny go back to the first grade in Mrs. Baxter's class. We had a play that year and Kenny got to play the king, and I was merely an elf with a golden whistle. We went through 12 years of school together, and he never failed to remind me that he "was the king." Now he gets to see the real King of Kings. He was a dear friend to me for many years, and his death is a great loss to all who knew him. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.
