BELTON – Kelly Scott “Hillbilly” Fisher, 58, of Belton, died Thursday, December 19, 2019, at 5:38PM at his home. Mr. Fisher was born July 20, 10961, in Salamanca, NY. He was self-employed with Hillbilly Art, and was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He loved the community he lived in and how the community loved him. He was preceded in death by his brother, Bill Fisher; and parents William and Nancy Fisher. He is survived by his brothers, Kim (Pam) Fisher, Kenny (Pat) Fisher, and Tim (Becky) Fisher; sisters Tina (David) Stanczykowski and Laurie Sloot; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services are private. Tucker Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. His extended family expresses their appreciation for all the kind words of encouragement.
