MADISONVILLE – Julie Angela Wells, 54, of Madisonville, died Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 5:30PM at her residence. Ms. Wells was born August 12, 1971 in Muhlenberg County. She worked for Hampton Inn as a Housekeeper. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ricky Fields; and father, Jimmy Wood.

She is survived by her son, Shane (Brittany) Wells; daughter, Juliebeth Wells; grandchildren, Bentley Stanton, Arabella Wells, Braelynn Wells, Karsyn Wells, Ava Wells, and Aubrey Nannie; step-children, Sean Fields, Kayla Fields, Jakob Fields, and Jon Fields; brothers, Troy Wood, Brad Wood, Sr., Chad Wood, and Brandon Wood; mother, Margaret Wood; and several nieces and nephews.
