SACRAMENTO – Judy Lane Guynn, 72, of Sacramento, passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017, at 11:47PM at East Alabama Medical Center in Opelika, AL. Mrs. Guynn was born May 27, 1945, in Shelbyville, KY to Woodrow Wilson Hamilton and Mary Elizabeth Moffett Hamilton. She worked as dental assistant and manager of her husband’s dental practice for 25 years until it’s closure. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Shelbyville and attended Station Baptist Church regularly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 26 years Dr. Wallis Michael “Mike” Guynn in 2004; and her brother Donald Hamilton in 2015. She is survived by her sons, Tony (Belinda) Streible of Eminence, KY, Matt (Janet) Guynn of Auburn, AL, and Patrick (Ashley) Guynn of Madisonville; grandchildren Aaron and Chris Clark of Eminence, KY, McKenna Ellen Guynn of Madisonville, Audrey Ella Guynn of Madisonville, Wallace Matthew Guynn of Auburn, AL, and Wells Robert Guynn of Auburn, AL; great-grandchild Donovan James Clark of Eminence, KY; brother Freddie (Sharon) Hamilton of Taylorsville; sister-in-law Barbara Hamilton of Shelbyville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Thursday, November 2, 2017, at 1:00PM at Tucker Memorial Chapel in Sacramento, with Bro. Jimmy Watkins officiating. Burial in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
