MADISONVILLE – Joyce Ann “Jo Jo” Dugan, 63, of Madisonville, died Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at 8:50PM at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville. Mrs. Dugan was born March 1, 1954, in Muhlenberg County. She was a homemaker and of the Holiness faith. She was preceded in death by her father, Jessie Majors; mother Daisy Harvey; and brother Roger Dale Majors. She is survived by her husband, David Dugan; son Billy (Christine) VanMeter of Madisonville; grandchildren Madison VanMeter, Gracie VanMeter, Joshua VanMeter, and James Robert VanMeter; brothers Jesse (Gay) Majors, James Thomas (Meadow) Majors, and David Wayne (Amanda) Harvey, all of White Plains; sisters Peggy Pleasant, Kathryn (Wade) Hamilton, and Pamela Earl, all of White Plains, and Phyllis (Scott) Phelps of St. Charles; step-father Donda Wayne Harvey of White Plains; and sister-in-law Serina Majors of White Plains. Funeral services will be Saturday, October 14, 2017, at 2:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Rev. Leroy Rearden officiating. Burial in Mount Carmel Cemetery in White Plains.
