CENTRAL CITY – Johnathon Scott Dwyer, 38, of Central City, died Friday, November 21, 2025 at 12:10AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Mr. Dwyer was born on July 24, 1987 in Greenville. He worked in Maintenance for Central Pallet Mills. He loved to fish and was very creative. Even his hair had to line up perfectly. He was a very good certified small engine mechanic, and he was registered in CPR. He had a great sense of humor. If you didn’t laugh at his jokes, he would laugh at his own jokes which would eventually make everyone laugh. He was preceded in death by his father, David Brian Zellers.

He is survived by his wife, Ashley Howard Dwyer; mother, Brenda Zellers; children, Johnathon Scott Dwyer, Jr., Hayley Danyelle Dwyer, and Urijah Zephaniah Sydnor; and sister, Tasha Nasha Zellers.
