GREENVILLE – Jim Randall Howe, Sr., 79, of Greenville, died Saturday, January 16, 2021, at 2:32AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital. Mr. Howe was born September 14, 1941, in Muhlenberg County. He was a supervisor at Super-Valu, and a member of Woodland Missionary Baptist Church. He was also a U.S. Air Force veteran. He was preceded in death by his brother, Harlan Howe. He is survived by his wife, Doris Jane Howe; son Jim Randall (Patty) Howe, Jr.; daughter Kimberly (John “Fuzzy”) Pope; grandchildren Brent James, Christopher James, John Pope, and Danielle Pope; six great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and brother Jerry Howe. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 21, 2021, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with Bro. Clifford Lovell officiating. Burial in Woodland Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday after 5:00PM at the funeral home. Family and friends are asked to wear a face covering, in accordance with the governor’s mandate.
