BROWDER – Jerry Ray Vaught, 73, of Browder, died Thursday, August 11, 2022, under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky.  Mr. Vaught was born February 9, 1949, in Muhlenberg County.  He was a retired coal miner for Peabody Coal Co.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Etta Sue Vaught; and father, Paul Ray Vaught.

He is survived by his mother, Helen Vaught Hendricks; sister, Patsy Byrum; brothers, Wayne (Brenda) Vaught and Allen (Patty) Vaught; and several nieces and nephews.
