Jim was family and a friend. He was so different from most people because he had joy. He was always so very kind. My fondest memory was swimming in his pool with all of the cousins. Uncle Eddie throwing coins for us to find and keep. Good Ol Days❤️ Love to you all

God's Almighty hands has touched and carried brother Jimmy to His heavenly shores. Please send prayers of comfort to family and friends in days to come. Brother Jimmy, didn't know any strangers, nor anyone he wouldn't preach the gospel to. I recall Brother Jimmy lead my way to the alter on several occasions throughout the past 15 years I have known him. Just over a year ago, brother Jimmy and cuz Jerry Wayne came over and had a little spiritual get together at our house. We read scriptures, laughed and cried together. The funniest thing of night that brother Jimmy got to laughing at through his beautiful smiling face was when my 84yr old mother told him he was very handsome then asked him if he had a girlfriend. Oh that was such a blessing enjoyable night I'll never forget. I'll always remember brother Jimmy's famous words every time we met, " ya better get ready." with his amazing smile and a twinkle in his eye. Well, now he has officially graduated into the peaceful land of God's heaven. Brother Jimmy will surely not be forgotten in our hearts and souls. May he be rested in God's heavenly kingdom home. Gonna miss you, bro Jimmy 💛 Until we meet again,

Bro Jim was one of the best men I knew, I always showed me true unconditional love no matter what. He truly lived the verse love the lord thy God with all thine heart and love thy neighbor as thyself…he did both and always with a smile. He was one of the best examples of a true Christian. I will miss him greatly. Prayers for the family through this difficult time.
